This beautiful vase is handcrafted from exotic mango wood. It has a very smooth finish with a gorgeous faux marbled effect, almost like burl wood.

These vases take almost a week to complete. The wood is kiln-dried for several days to remove all the moisture, then the piece is carved by hand to the desired shape. It is then sanded several times, and stained then acid-washed to create this amazing finish. All this hard work pays off in a stunning work of art.

This would be a perfect accent to any room. It is beautiful just as it is, or can be used for silk flowers or a dried flower arrangement. Like most wood vases, it is not water tight but you can use it for live flowers by inserting a glass vase inside (not included).

This piece is 16" tall and very heavy. Since it is hand made, each piece is unique, but the artist was careful to make them all essentially the same. Flowers not included.
